Jacqueline Ganim-DeFalco is a business growth specialist who built her professional foundation for seventeen years with NYNEX and GTE. Since 1998, Jacqueline has provided marketing and business development services to executive teams in the service and technology fields. As a Business Advisor, Jacqueline assists companies seeking to grow through the development of new markets, products, and channels – and building the associated marketing programs to launch these initiatives. Jacqueline’s BTB marketing toolkit includes work in Best Practices, Value Proposition development and testing, Partner/Channel programs, Customer Reference Programs, Customer Advisory Boards, Thought Leadership programs along with sector expertise in in Open Source Software, Cloud Computing, and Telecoms. She has worked in over twenty vertical sectors as a business advisor.
Jacqueline has branded her company Marketing Reconnaissance to represent the methodology she uses to assist her clients in making informed market development and growth decisions. She has recently co-authored an eBook entitled Collaboration for Strategic Advantage to incorporate her approach and case studies in this unique marketing framework. Her clients include entrepreneurs, mid-cap, and enterprise companies such as Circles, WebCT, Wimba (now both Blackboard), Demandware, North Bridge Venture Partners, and Iron Mountain. She partnered with thought leader Jim Masciarelli on PowerSkills VIP relationship management programs for the Bank of Rome and JDSU.
Jacqueline has a BA from Emory University, an MBA in International Business/Marketing from Stern (NYU) and also completed the International Management Program at the University of International Business and Economics in Bejing, China (1987). She served as NYNEX’s Managing Director in Asia from 1988-90. Jacqueline resides in Gloucester with her husband Michael. She has served on local community boards, focusing on board development for the Cape Ann YMCA and the Society for the Encouragement of the Arts. (seARTS.org).
